KUALA LUMPUR: A two-storey terrace house in Taman Pertama, here, collapsed due to a landslide, early this morning.
A spokesman for the Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department's Operations Center said they received an emergency call regarding the incident at 2.51am.
"A total of 11 personnel, along with two vehicles from the Bandar Tun Razak Fire and Rescue Station rushed to the scene.
"Upon arrival, we were informed that a two-storey terrace house had collapsed due to a landslide," he said when contacted today.
He said the occupants of the terrace house escaped during the incident.
"Residents in two units of houses near the residence have also been instructed to evacuate.
"Police have also installed barriers at the location. No victims were reported injured in the incident," he said. - NST
