Catatan Sayu Adik Perempuan Berusia 9 Tahun Ini Viral Di Media Sosial

Assalamualaikum kawan-kawanku, ini cerita latar belakang diriku.

Nama aku Nurul Atirah binti Md Norhasloin. Aku dilahirkan di Taiping, Perak. Aku mempunyai seorang adik perempuan bernama Nurul Atikah.

Mak aku sakit teruk sebab ayah. Ayah selalu pukul mak aku masa mak aku mengandungkan adik aku.

"bagitau ayah dah kahwin lain,"

Aku sedih sangat, adik lagi kesian sebab langsung tak kenal siapa ayah kami.

(Paling sedih) aku mendapat berita (yang) ayah dah meninggal.

Sekian terima kasih..

Nurul Atirah

Penang Umno man who lodged police report on 1MDB sacked from party post

The Umno man who ruffled feathers in his party for lodging a police report on the debt-ridden 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) late last year, was sacked from his position as Batu Kawan division vice-chairman.
Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan learnt of this after getting a letter from party secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor this week.
In a statement, Khairuddin said he was fired from his position because of his bankruptcy case.
"I’m surprised with the attitude of the Umno headquarters, which never called me for any clarification on real position of my financial issue. Why didn't they contact me?
“The Umno head office failed to observe party constitutional guidelines,” he said in the statement yesterday.
"My predicament is because I was a corporate guarantor for a company. The company has started paying off its debts. The matter is now being resolved by my lawyer."
Khairuddin was declared a bankrupt in May last year by the Malaysian Insolvency Department. It is learnt that his party received a report on it in December.
According to the Umno Constitution, Rules 8.4 and 28.9 state that a bankrupt will be automatically disqualified from holding or contesting any position in the party.
Section 9A(1)(d) of the Societies Act 1966 also states that an undischarged bankrupt cannot hold any office in any society.
Meanwhile, Penang Umno secretary Datuk Musa Sheikh Fadzir has confirmed Khairuddin's sacking.
He said Penang Umno had received a letter on the matter from the party headquarters and stressed that his removal as division vice-chairman was done constitutionally.
"He is still an Umno member and he can attend the annual Umno general assembly as a delegate from the Batu Kawan division," Musa said.
Khairuddin, who lodged a police report on 1MDB in early December, said he accepted his removal as a price he had to pay for uphold the truth and for fighting graft.
He also vowed that he would not be cowed by political pressure, nor abandon his struggle.
Even without a position in the party, he said he would continue to speak up for the interest of the public.
"I am leaving to Mecca to perform the Haj today. When I come back, I will clarify my position in Umno in detail," he added.
In his December police report, Khairuddin called for a “detailed and comprehensive” investigation, urging authorities to interrogate 1MDB’s directors and representatives of any company that might be implicated in its scandals.
He said that he lodged the police report after studying various reports in national and international print and online media that “clearly proved” there were weaknesses in 1MDB’s management of taxpayers’ funds.
Besides Khairuddin, other Umno members have also taken 1MDB to task – the most prominent critics being former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and former finance minister Tun Daim Zaindudin.
Parliament's Public Accounts Committee (PAC), which is headed by an Umno MP Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed, has also asked the auditor-general to conduct an audit of the troubled firm before the PAC itself probes 1MDB.

1MDB is public funds, I won’t allow it to be used for personal gain, vows Najib

After moving to sue PAS organ Harakahdaily over a report linking his stepson to the debt-ridden 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said he would never allow anyone to misappropriate public funds in the government-owned company for personal gain.
In a post on his Facebook page, Najib said 1MDB was a strategic investment fund owned by the Malaysian government.
He said he was aware of the criticism linking him and his family to the company, with one of the latest being Harakahdaily's article which alleged that his stepson Riza Aziz had benefited from 1MDB funds for his film company.
The contents in the Harakahdaily article, titled "Dana 1MDB biayai syarikat filem Riza Aziz?" (1MDB funding Riza Aziz's production company?), were "mere slander by irresponsible parties and contained nothing but lies, unsupported by facts or evidence".
"As prime minister, I can accept constructive criticism.
"But when it becomes wild and baseless allegations targeting my family, then I cannot keep quiet," he said.
Najib said he had sent a letter of demand to Harakahdaily over the article  to defend him and his family from slander.

Is Adenan walking the talk to win next state elections?

Sarawak chief minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem has done many things ‘right’ in his first year in office. – Malaysian Insider pic, February 28, 2015Sarawak chief minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem has done many things ‘right’ in his first year in office. – Malaysian Insider pic, February 28, 2015
Many were sceptical when Tan Sri Adenan Satem was appointed the chief minister of Sarawak a year ago, but his bold moves on issues affecting the state and its people have won the hearts of many.
However, is he really the progressive and liberal statesman his many growing admirers have made him out to be?
Adenan, the fifth chief minister of Sarawak, has said and did many “right things” since taking office on February 28 last year. In that time he has become an influential figure and many believe he can take the state to greater heights.
However, political analyst Dr Mohd Faisal Syam Abdol Hazis of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak does not think Adenan a liberal or a progressive, although he considers himself one of the chief minister’s admirers.
Faisal believes the policies Adenan had implemented and actions he had taken have had one clear objective – to win the coming state election.
It is a view not lost on colleague and fellow analyst at Unimas, Dr Jeniri Amir and Dr James Chin, the director of the Asia Institute of the University of Tasmania.
Today, Adenan marks his first year in office and Faisal, Jeniri and Chin all agree that the 71-year-old had spent the most part of his 12 months in office priming a fractious, bruised and battered Sarawak Barisan Nasional he inherits for the election.
Adenan succeeded Taib when the latter stepped down after 33 years in office.
And as chief executive of this resource-rich state, Taib had long been accused – but never proven – of raping the jungles to enrich himself and his immediate family, grabbing native lands to give to cronies for plantations and awarding lucrative state contracts to a family-run conglomerate.
Such was the scale of the alleged plunder that a Swiss non-governmental organisation, The Bruno Manser Fund, had even listed Taib as one of the richest men in the world, claiming he had his money stashed in secret accounts all over the world.
Such claims had become ammunition for the opposition to exploit, and often successfully, at elections.
“Adenan understands the issues that have been lingering and he's not the one to sweep these issues under the carpet as his predecessors would have,” Faisal said.
“These are issues that had given the opposition hot ammunition to create sentiments against the BN.
“He understands them well and he's addressing all these issues one by one.” Other issues include the alleged land grab of native customary rights (NCR) land by the government, illegal logging, nepotism and the construction of mega hydroelectric dams that displaced thousands of natives.
Since taking over office, Adenan had signed the integrity pledge drawn up by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) where he vowed not to award contracts or state land to his family.
He had even made civil servants, timber tycoons and his cabinet members sign the same pledge.
His tackling of illegal logging by withdrawing hundreds of concession licences from concessionaires suspected of being involved in illegal logging, stopped giving land to companies for plantations and even stopped Umno and religious extremists from coming to the state had all gone down well with the general public.
Faisal, considered one of the foremost experts on Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB), the lead party in the Sarawak Barisan Nasional, believes that what has happened in the last 12 months had left the opposition bereft of issues they could use for the election.
“They do not seem to have anything to shoot BN with now.
“Adenan... he's shrewd and he's a strategist. (But) I don't think he's a liberal progressive. Not yet,” said Faisal.
“All that he's doing now is gearing BN towards the state election.”
The mandate of the state government ends in June next year.
Faisal said the true test, on whether Adenan is the liberal progressive they make him to be, would be when he delivers his initiatives if he gets his own mandate.
“How far would he go? We'll just have to wait and see.
“One thing for sure, Adenan is a positive leader and what surprised me was how fast the opposition has embraced him. That's pretty weird to me.”
Chin, on the other hand, said Adenan had “done a fantastic job on the public relations side”.
“He is using Sarawak nationalism to cover the Taib issue and by saying PBB will keep Umno out, he has sidelined Sarawak PR (Pakatan Rakyat) who cannot use the Umno issue now.”
Chin, of the Asia Institute at the University of Tasmania, said he believed the policies and actions Adenan has taken would, with the exception of the DAP, flatten the opposition if the polls we called tomorrow.
Analyst Jeniri calls it populist actions.
“He will improve on BN's popular votes but not in terms of winning more seats.
“Maybe one or two marginal seats but there's no guarantee the Chinese would be back and vote for the BN.
“PBB and PRS (Parti Rakyat Sarawak) will win all their seats and the BN will win all the 11 new seats.”
It’s a view Chin shares.
He said if the election was called tomorrow, the Malay-Muslim seats will be 100% PBB's.
Dayak seats will go to BN parties, “official and unofficial BN alike”, Chin said referring to PRS, Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP), Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP) and pro-BN parties like United People's Party (UPP) and Parti Tenaga Rakyat Sarawak (Teras). UPP and Teras are splitter parties of SUPP and SPDP respectively.
“The seats status quo would remain. The Chinese seats would go to DAP.
“DAP will be the only opposition party left standing,” Chin said.
When Adenan took over office, Jeniri asked himself two questions – whether he could fill the “big shoes” left behind by Taib and whether he could be his own man.
“Without a doubt, its 'Yes' to both.”

Sue me first before threatening others, Rafizi tells Najib

PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli (centre) wants Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to sue him first before attacking others. – The Malaysian Insider file pic, February 28, 2015.PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli (centre) wants Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to sue him first before attacking others. – The Malaysian Insider file pic, February 28, 2015.
PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli said Datuk Seri Najib Razak should sue him first before threatening to sue others, and failure to do so proved he was right in criticising the prime minister for removing fuel subsidies.
In a statement today, Rafizi said he was shocked that the prime minister was threatening to sue PAS organ Harakahdaily over a report alleging that his stepson Riza Aziz benefited from 1Malaysia Development Bhd in financing his film company.
Rafizi said he received a letter of demand from Najib and Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor's lawyer on December 4 demanding an explanation for his speech in which he criticised the removal of fuel subsidies when there was wastage in government.
He added that he was duty-bound to raise and explain such issues to Malaysians.
Putrajaya removed subsidies for RON95 petrol and diesel on December 1 last year. Prices are now based on a managed float system.
"But until today, I have not gotten a response from Najib.

"I am disappointed as I was truly looking forward to my legal team cross-examining Najib and Rosmah in the witness box," said Rafizi.
He said that Najib and Rosmah had yet to reply him and the public could safely assume that his criticism was right.
"So I urge Najib to sue me first before threatening to sue others.
"I also urge more people to come out and criticise Datuk Seri Najib, do not be afraid of his threat to sue because until today, he has not sued anyone, especially his chief critic, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad," he added.

IDES OF MARCH AWAIT NAJIB: Will sixth PM survive his sixth year in office?

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak appears to be in a precarious position.
His list of woes is long - 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) in the roast pit, Rosmah Mansor in Seri Perdana, Sirul Azhar Umar in Australia, Anwar Ibrahim in Sungai Buloh, brothers on the opposite side and Dr Mahathir Mohamad lurking in the shadows.
With such baggage on his shoulders, speculation is rife on whether the sixth prime minister will complete his sixth year in office.
And there is also news of his cabinet having turned its back on him.
This is from a report that his ministers have purportedly rejected the proposal to inject RM3 billion into the ailing government-owned investment fund, which is Najib’s brainchild.
On Thursday, the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), headed by Umno lawmaker Nur Jazlan Mohamed, urged the National Audit Department to number crunch 1MDB.
Analysing the undercurrents, one of his chief critics said if the cabinet had indeed shot down the proposal, the action “could be seen as signalling that Najib no longer holds sway, at least not on the issue of 1MDB.”
“This is a huge setback for him. I would not, at this point, speculate that there is an emerging revolt against his leadership,” noted veteran newsman Abdul Kadir Jasin in his blog.
“1MDB is his creation. He is the chairperson of its advisory board. The company is owned by the Finance Ministry and Najib is also its minister.
“This could add further burden on the already beleaguered prime minister. Only weeks ago he gloated in a special TV3 interview about the soundness of 1MDB’s investment,” he added.
On the family front, Najib’s siblings issued a statement expressing concern that reports about the prime minister’s wealth is tainting their late father Abdul Razak Hussein’s reputation.
The four younger brothers stressed that the country’s second prime minister was a frugal man, which even veteran opposition leader Lim Kit Siang has attested to.
The statement came hours after Rosmah drew flak for revealing that it cost her a whopping RM1,200 to dye her hair.
This came hot in the heels of the Prime Minister’s Office, which in a response to The New York Times last month, had attributed Najib and his wife’s lavish expenditure to, among others, his inheritance.
Last-ditch attempt
PM Najib
And prior to the family clash, Sirul, a former police commando, claimed that he was acting under orders and threatened to reveal all with regard to the murder of Mongolian woman Altantuya unfavorable.
The 2006 murder saw Najib implicated after his close associate, political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda was charged with abetting the murder of his ex-lover.
Razak Baginda was found not guilty and the police cleared Najib, who was then deputy premier, of any involvement in the grisly murder, committed by two of his former bodyguards.
Despite this, the spectre of Altantuya continues to haunt Najib. And the latter added fuel to the furore when he dismissed Sirul’s claims as “utter rubbish”.
So against this unfavourable backdrop, observers are asking if current number two Muhyiddin Yassin is preparing himself for the position of a seat-warmer prime minister.
Questions also abound as to whether the Umno division leaders meeting to show solidarity with Najib on March 8, is a last-ditch attempt by the prime minister to hold onto power.
The meeting will be held a day after the opposition planned mammoth rally to call on Najib to step down.
If not handled properly, the ‘solidarity’ meeting could backfire and spell Najib’s demise. Umno leaders said they plan to ask their boss uncomfortable questions.
And yes, that include 1MDB, Rosmah, Sirul, Anwar, the Razak brothers and Mahathir. - M'kini

PANAS! WAHAI MENTERI UMNO KALAU BODOH TOLONG JANGAN BUKAK MULUT YA! MOHON TERASA

YB BANDUAN
(zul4kulim.blogspot.com)

Salam 2 all.

Tanpa perlu dipertimbangkan langsung!

Adakah wajar seorang banduan dibenarkan menghadiri sidang Dewan Rakyat?

Jadi bahan lawak senario lah kita! Mr Bean pun mungkin menangis tengok sarkis ini!

HILANG KELAYAKAN & HAK HADIR SIDANG DUA PERKARA BERBEZA!

PERKARA 48 HANYA MENYENTUH SOAL HILANG KELAYAKAN AHLI PARLIMEN

Apa maksud "mendapat ampun"?

1. Jika dia perlu dibawa ke Hospital untuk menjalani rawatan yang tidak boleh disediakan oleh Penjara;

2. Menghadiri perbicaraan Mahkamah setelah Mahkamah yang berbidangkuasa mengeluarkan sapina kehadiran;

ra!

Wallahua'lam & wassalam.

Adios amigos, grasias senor!

Zulkifli Bin Noordin

Kalau tak reti just shut the fuck up!

Pukimak apa lagi nak layan si peliwat tu? Bodoh ke apa korang ni?
