Amanah’s Morib assemblyperson Hasnul Baharuddin has been elected as the Selangor deputy speaker.
This is after Dr Daroyah Alwi, who is the Sementa assemblyperson, quit PKR and resigned as deputy speaker.
Selangor Menteri Besar Amiruddin Shari nominated Hasnul and the nomination is supported by Bandar Baru Klang assemblyperson Teng Chang Khim.
Hasnul then took his oath at the Selangor state assembly which commenced sitting today. - Mkini
