KUCHING: Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) has officially won enough seats to form a two-thirds majority in the Sarawak State Assembly, says The Election Commission (EC).
As of 9.25pm, the EC officially declared GPS had won 55 seats in the 82-seat state assembly.
The Opposition, Parti Sarawak Bersatu (PSB) only managed to win Ba’Kelalan and Engkilili while DAP also won two seats, Pending and Padungan. - Star
