Operationally he has served in most of the world's troubled and conflicted areas and notably was a Commanding Officer within the Group which held the lead responsibility for specialist national operations in Afghanistan, Asia and Counter Terrorism.<br /><br />Caroline Green<br /><br />CFO & Head of Shared Services<br /><br />Caroline has a mix of skills and experience gained from her 25 year career within industry and private equity. Caroline was previously Finance Director of a PE-backed engineering group following an 8 year period in private equity, initially at 3i PLC. She started her career at Xerox Corp where she spent 10 years in a variety of roles including supply chain, manufacturing and finance. Caroline joined PGI in September 2013 as a Non-Executive Director and chair of audit committee before joining the group as CFO and head of Shared Services in September 2014. Caroline also sits on the board of the British Business Bank as a Non Executive director.<br />Brian Lord OBE<br /><br />Managing Director, PGI Cyber<br /><br />Brian joined PGI in September 2013, after 21 years with GCHQ. Brian left GCHQ as their Deputy Director for Intelligence and Cyber Operations.<br /><br />Brian served in a wide range of roles for GCHQ, at home and abroad, and has deep experience drawn from many years’ experience across the breadth of Intelligence and Cyber operations. He is a leading thinker in the area of Cyber Warfare.<br /><br />Nick Fishwick CMG<br /><br />Head of Intelligence<br /><br />Nick retired from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2012 after 29 years’ service, latterly focusing on global security and counter-terrorism issues. He has served in Afghanistan, Turkey and Nigeria. Nick also worked on secondment to HM Customs and Excise as Head of Intelligence from 2001-2004.<br /><br />Matt Parker<br /><br />Managing Director - PVI<br /><br />Matt spent 12 years in the Royal Marines. He commanded a company group on operations in Afghanistan and was the first Royal Marines Officer to top the order of merit at the Joint Services Staff College. He then worked in the City for a boutique investment bank providing corporate finance advisory services to the metals and mining sector.
