Chelsea lift the Champions League trophy after winning the penalty shootout

Chelsea have beaten Bayern Munich 4-3 on penalties to clinch the European title, after the Champions League final ended 1-1 after extra time. Didier Drogba (pictured) scored the penalty that won the match for the Blues in the Allianz Arena in Germany.
