TAKTIK BARU - FIRST CREATE SOME BODOH TENSION THEN THE HERO COMES AND "SOLVES" THE PROBLEM

"A false flag operation is a covert action designed to deceive others into believing that a particular group, organization, or nation is responsible for an event or action when, in reality, the perpetrators are from a different group or nation. The goal is to manipulate public perception or shift blame for political, military, or strategic purposes."

OSTB :   Someone pointed out something to me today. They create these really stupid tensions. They play up really stupid and useless things. Then the hero comes along and "solves" the problem by making some announcement. They "solved" a problem which was never a problem in the first place. A false flag operation. It makes the hero look good. Also because the hero has got nothing better to do. Or the hero does not have any ideas of what to do.

Or it could also be a red herring. A red herring is a tactic to divert peoples' attention away from a major problem (or something more damaging) towards something else that is trivial but hyped up to appear very serious.

A red herring is a misleading clue or piece of information that distracts from the actual issue or truth. It’s often used intentionally in storytelling, puzzles, or arguments to divert attention away from what’s really important. The term originated from the practice of using strong-smelling fish (red herrings) to throw off hunting dogs' scent, confusing them during a chase.

OSTB : So if they are stealing big money, or they are screwing things up and they dont want people to focus on that, then red herrings become very useful. My guess is red herrings are often about money - siphoning out money.

False flags and red herrings.
