Khusrin: I’m not a Barisan tool

New Selangor secretary Datuk Mohd Khusrin Munawi says he is not a Barisan Nasional tool and also has no personal agenda.

He told a press conference here on Monday that he was merely a civil servant, who was carrying out his new duties.

Khusrin also said he had been unfairly subjected to all kinds of allegations and personal attacks from the time he was in the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais).

He reiterated that whatever he had done in his capacity as Jais director was in accordance with the state’s Islamic legislation. - Star
