Najib's daughter spend RM180, 000 in Australia?


Australian newspapers reported that the daughter of Prime Minister DatukSeri Najib Razak spent about RM180, 000 or AU $ 60,000 for goodsbrand in David Jones, a prominent building in the country.

He and his wife travel to Perth last week led the Malaysian delegation to the Meeting of Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOGM).

The delegation was also accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Information, Communications and Culture Minister Senator Datuk MaglinDennis D'Cruz, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department DatukDr Mashitah Ibrahim and President of the People's Progressive Party(PPP) Datuk M. Kayveas.


According to West Australian newspaper reports, the opportunity to attendthe Commonwealth conference provides an opportunity for the shoppingtrips.

"Some businesses in the city, gaining a large profit, when the first womanknown to buy $ 150,000 for pearls in West Australia, while the daughter of Prime Minister Najib Razak is believed to spend & $ 60,000 in DavidJones," the newspaper quotes.

Richard Muirheand, State Director for CHOGM 2011, said, the shopping and leisure activities have been arranged for delegates outside theCHOGM schedule.
