FMT ALERT: Bersih 3.0 protesters have broken through the barriers errected at Dataran Merdeka, and the police have started to fire tear gas and water cannons.
The incident happened despite Bersih chairperson S Ambiga’s advise not to breach the barriers. The huge crowd is now surging forward.
