Bersih (Malay for "Clean") is a coalition of 86 Malaysian NGOs that have joined forces to fight for clean and fair elections in Malaysia. Next Saturday's global rally is focussing on three key demands:
- the resignation of the current election commission
- the cleaning up of the electoral process before the next election
- the admission of international election observers to monitor the polls

Supporters in Switzerland are invited to join the rallies at the following venues:
- Zurich, Paradeplatz, in front of Zeughauskeller / Grieder store, at 1 p.m.
- Geneva, Place des Nations, near the "broken chair" in front of the UN, at 2 p.m.

For all other countries, please check the venues and times on www.globalbersih.org and http://www.facebook.com/GlobalBersih3
