I stopped monitoring activities around Kota Kinabalu today (20 October 2012) and the camera lens are attracted to unravel unhealthy symptoms such as prostitution, drug sales, illegal drugs and cigarettes continued to be rampant in Kg Air Kota Kinabalu although  a small Police unit , RELA and City Hall offices are located nearby.

Perhaps it is time, regulators are appointed from among the local people, in particular, the ethnic Kadazan, Dusun, Rungus, Brunei, Bisaya, Murut and other legitimate Bumiputera so that more effective enforcement could be seen.

It is also proposed the installation of CCTV in all lanes where it is suspected to be crime areas. At a time when many local people fought against the disease thalassemia, let not any among us be infected with HIV because of the problems created illegal immigrants.

Command a healthy lifestyle and help to make our city clean.
