Psycho Teacher : Education Dept, Manjung OCPD Sleeping On The Job?

I could not believe that the psycho teacher had punched a school head before, he had punched another student last month and now he had also punched two girls, yet he was still teaching. 

Here is the student who was left bleeding after being punched by the teacher.

• girl accidentally poured water he punched her in the face, causing bruises.
• three students, including a girl, forgotten to bring their notebooks, he punched them
• One of the boys was left bleeding after the assault.
• Chairman school board of governors said students had been advised not to attend school until action is taken against the teacher.  (What a stupid thing to say. Tell the teacher to stay away until the polic come to arrest him. Let the students come to school)
• Ling claimed not the first time the teacher had resorted to violence.
• Last month, punched a student at the school.
• also hit principal of another school where he was teaching earlier.
• previous cases reported to Manjung education office, no action taken.
• “We want the authorities to suspend him 
• Manjung OCPD confirmed the incident (however he will look into it after breakfast?)

It appears that the psycho is a serial abuser and violent nutcase.  How come no action was taken earlier?

This is clearly a case of criminal assault. This is no more a case of school discipline. Whoever punched that boy and made him bleed (as you can see in the picture) has to be arrested and charged in court - as a criminal.

I hope the Manjung OCPD wakes up. The Manjung Education Department can continue sleeping. Jangan susah-susah ok.  Kerja keras sangat nanti boleh jadi penat.
