The crime watchdog will lodge a report at the Jempol police station over the incident.
Sanjeevan told FMT that his brother discovered the white envelope containing the three bullets at 10.45am.
The envelope however, did not come with a note.
Sanjeevan who was shot last year said he will be lodging a report at the Jempol police station even though his shooting case was still unresolved.
He however said that the officer in charge of police district (OCPD) did not pick up his calls.
“He did not even reply my WhatsApp message although he had read it.
“Something is wrong. Just because I am critical of the police they are boycotting me,” he said.
When asked whether he had anyone in mind as a suspect, Sanjeevan believes that it was the same group who had shot him last year.
“I suspect it is the same group since I was shot here (in Bahau). They are sending the bullets back to the house.”
According to ballistic reports, Sanjeevan was shot with 9mm bullets.
He however said that he will continue with his revelations.
“Whether they send me bullets or C4, I will still fight,” he said.
On July 27 last year, Sanjeevan was shot by an unknown gunman while driving with his friend in Bahau. He slipped into a coma and was in critical condition for 35 days.
Although Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khalid Abu Bakar vowed to get to the bottom of the matter, no one has been arrested thus far.
