Return of Christian books, CDs, a Home Ministry decision, says Wan Junaidi

The decision to return the seized Christian books and CDs containing the word Allah, came directly from the Home Ministry, says Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar (pic), Bernama reported today.
The deputy home minister said this today in reference to the Christian books and CDs belonging to pastor Maklin Masiau, who had purchased them in Indonesia and was in transit in klia2 last Saturday, on his way back to Sabah.
Wan Junaidi's comments at an event in Kuching, Sarawak, comes in the wake of Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi blaming the Customs department for the seizing of the books and CDs, earlier today.
According to Bernama, he said the order to return the Christian books and CDs was because it was governed by a Cabinet decision, as far as Sabah and Sarawak were concerned.
The Cabinet ministers had unanimously pledged their support for the 10-point agreement on the use of "Allah" by Christians in Sabah and Sarawak be it in their literature, CDs as well as during worship.
