In a short video uploaded on YouTube, Hassan said that the boss and the parents are the only two things someone can't choose in their lives.
"There are two things you can't choose in life – one is parents, and the other is the boss. But if you don't like the boss, you leave, not the boss who must leave," he said in the video.
It is, however, not stated when and where the recording was made.
It was uploaded by pro-Umno site MyKMU.Net in its YouTube account under the title "Kalau Tidak Suka PM, Berhenti" (If you don't like the PM, quit).
Utusan Malaysia today reported that Najib issued an ultimatum to his Cabinet members to quit if they did not agree with his stand on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) issue.
1MDB, Najib's brainchild, sits on a RM42 billion debt, and has attracted plenty of controversy recently, but Najib has remained defensive of 1MDB's performance.
