Kedah Menteri Besar Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah has retained the exco lineup of his predecessor Mukhriz Mahathir.
Utusan Malaysia reports that all nine exco members took their oath of office before the Kedah Regency Council in Alor Setar today.
Previously there was speculation that Bashah would remove exco members who are close to Mukhriz.
Mukhriz was ousted on Feb 3, after a two-week crisis which began when Bashah announced that Kedah Umno no longer supported Mukhriz.
The son of former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad claimed he was removed because Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak was unhappy with him, for criticising 1MDB.
