STILL NO SIGN OF WIFE NO.2: BUNG MOKTAR GETS VISIT FROM PM NAJIB

KUALA LUMPUR - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today visited Kinabatangan Member of Parliament Datuk Bung Moktar Radin at the Prince Court Medical Centre here.

Najib, who arrived at 12.45pm, spent about 15 minutes with Bung Moktar accompanied by the hospital’s Medical Director, Consultant ENT Surgeon Dr
Kuljit Singh.
Bung Moktar’s wife, Datin Nor Asidah Alimuddin, when met by Bernama, said her husband was receiving treatment at the medical centre for the past two weeks after undergoing a kidney transplant abroad.
“His condition is improving and doctors have advised him to rest,” she said.
Najib also visited another patient, Mohd Nawawi Mohd Arif, 26, from Pekan, Pahang who was hospitalised for a viral infection.
His father, Mohd Arif Ismail said Najib was a noble-hearted leader because despite his busy schedule, he could still visit his son who was admitted five days ago.
The Prime Minister, then visited Malaysian Associated Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry president Tan Sri Kenneth Eswaran who is also undergoing treatment at the hospital.
