DON'T WORRY ROSMAH, NAJIB IS 'PROBABLY A BILLIONAIRE' BY NOW

DON'T WORRY ROSMAH, NAJIB IS 'PROBABLY A BILLIONAIRE' BY NOW
Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has urged her husband to remain calm while enduring “the test from Allah” relating to the 1MDB scandal.
She is indeed a wonderful wife who cares so much for her husband’s feelings about the “lies” being written about him. However, I am sure the PM does not feel terrible or hurt. He has done nothing wrong, he says, so why the stress?
He is still the Prime Minister of Malaysia and he is wealthy, probably a billionaire; whether by reason of his family fortune or otherwise; and his explanation about how he got large sums of money in his personal accounts has been accepted by all his party leaders.
So all these developments could not be considered “a divine test” or punishment that a believer has to endure. Being a billionaire is hardly a test by any stretch of imagination.
Separately, the Deputy Mufti of Kelantan seems to think that the heat wave caused by El Niño that is currently causing havoc in the country is Allah’s curse because Malaysia lacks the will to implement hudud — and the social ills besetting the country are due to our unwillingness to follow God’s teachings, and so forth. Elsewhere world leaders are celebrating the agreement to curb global warming, as they want to do more to stop the havoc of heat and tidal waves; but in this country it’s sufficient to talk about God’s curse.
The true divine test from Allah, may one day fall on the so-called religious people. Although they are religious, they care not about the abuse of power by those in authority. Have we heard anything from the Muftis and Jakim about 1MDB? Have they said anything about the need for integrity amongst public officials? They care not that the Sarawak Barisan Nasional is seeking to win the forthcoming state election by not allowing opposition leaders into Sarawak to campaign. They care not that the Election Commission has said and done nothing to stop this shameless act. One of the imported religious men came, ostensibly to preach about Allak, when all he wanted to do was to endorse the UMNO –PAS pact.
They care not that the chairman of the parliamentary Public Accounts Committee has deliberately deleted two important sentences from the 1MDB Report to protect Jho Low and the people he was funding. They care not about the daily falsehoods and lies being perpetrated by those in authority.
The only concern I have is that when calamity strikes, those innocent ones will suffer as collateral damage. I pray that Allah will protect the innocent and the weak but send the evil-doers – including men in robes – to hell and beyond. - Zaid.my
