Sunday lite - Do you recall from 2009, a "Prince Saud Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia", a misplaced "box", an RM7 million donation to Rosmah?

Do you all recall this story from The Star from November 7, 2009?  About SIX years ago.

Recall folks that the Big Money flew out from 1MDB over about NINE days in late September 2009.  Just over a month before the above story appeared.

Rosmah uses Saudi prince’s RM7mil present for charity

PUTRAJAYA: Like any Good Samaritan, Rosmah returns anything she finds to its rightful owner without a thought of reward (puke..puke...puke)

Now, her act of honesty will benefit many less-fortunate Malaysians
(puke..puke...puke).

started when Rosmah and family were on vacation in south of France

they stayed on Kuwait royal family’s yacht

"as I was packing our belongings, I stumbled upon a box in the safe-deposit box which belonged to Prince Saud Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia,” said Rosmah.

(My comments :  Err...exactly which Prince Saud Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia was this?

Is this the same fellow ie His Highness Prince Saud Abdulaziz Majid al-Saud who later donated that RM2.6 billion?

How did Rosmah know the 'box' belonged to  Prince Saud Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia?

Was his name written or engraved on the box such that she could recognise his name immediately?

How was his name spelled on the box

1. Prince Saud Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia
2. His Highness Prince Saud Abdulaziz Majid al-Saud
3. Its good 'ole Majid, Tally ho !

What type of 'box' was it? A Bata shoe box? A jewel encrusted Faberge box?)

Rosmah alerted officer-in-charge and asked him to see to it that Prince Saud’s belongings were returned safely.

Shortly after this, Rosmah received a letter from Prince Saud, thanking her and asking her if he could give her a “present”.

“I informed Prince Saud that no gift was greater to my husband and me than the well-being of Malaysians.  (Yukk..puke..puke..puke)

“I also asked if he would like to donate to the Permata Pintar school which is being set up.

“Shortly after this, I received a cheque for US$2mil (RM7mil) from Prince Saud, who said I had the liberty of choosing the beneficiaries.”

(Almost the same language was used by the other Prince Saud who later donated that RM2.6 billion. "This is merely a token gesture on my part but it is my way of contributing to the development of Islam to the world. "You shall have absolute discretion to determine how the Gift shall be utilised.)

Rosmah gave half (of the RM7 million) to UKM for the Permata Pintar school
13 other NGOs of which she is patron or president received RM25,000 each.
contributions presented to 14 beneficiaries at a ceremony yesterday.

(Err..RM3.5m + (13 x RM25,000) = RM3.825 million only. Baki RM3.175m mana pergi? For the benefit of which Malayians?)

There are other strange things here.
Why would a Saudi Prince holiday on a yacht belonging to the Kuwaiti Royal family?

Didnt the Saudis have their own yacht? These people are very particular about "mine's bigger than yours".

You mean a Saudi guy who can give Rosmah RM7 million does not have his own yacht?

And if this was the same "His Highness Prince Saud Abdulaziz Majid al-Saud"  who gave Najib that RM2.6 billion, do you expect us to believe that he was holidaying on someone else's yacht?

The RM2.6 billion man had to "pinjam yacht"?

Or maybe he did not have RM2.6 Billion at that time yet?

He only had RM7 million spare change to give Rosmah. But no yacht of his own.

This. "Saudi-Prince-holidaying-on-Kuwaiti-yacht-gave-Rosmah-RM7-million-for-returning-box-in-2009" has never been fully explored.

It is as phoney as Super Moron.

Was Prince Saud Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia who gave RM7.0 million to Rosmah in 2009 the same person as "His Highness Prince Saud Abdulaziz Majid al-Saud" who gave Najib the RM2.6 billion ?

Tuan2 - depa buat bodoh kat kita. They have really taken you and me for such idiots and fools.

She found a box on a yacht? The box must have been worth much, much more than RM7 million?

RM7 million worth of gold is about 45 kilos (plus minus). Takkan the box weighed 45kg or MORE than 45kg.

RM7 million worth of cash is maybe FIVE suitcases.

The only thing that could be worth more than RM7 milion that can sit inside a small box is diamonds.

Prince Saud al Saud of Saudi Arabia left behind a stash of diamonds on a borrowed Kuwaiti yacht?

This is the biggst cock and bull story.

It sure was a neat cover story to move money in and out.
