Three contituencies have only one early voter each


S'WAK POLLS One voter will have a polling centre just to himself at the Kota Samarahan district police headquarters to vote for Sadong Jaya constituency, another at Simunjan in Gedong, and the third at Tabuan Jaya in Demak Laut.
Each of the stream will be served by an election officer, without the three voting clerks normally assigned to a stream.
The three voting centres, which can be reached by road, will be open from 8am to 2pm tomorrow.

Thirty-three of the 79 voting centres will close at 2pm and the rest at 5pm.
A total of 24,604 early voters start casting their ballots tomorrow.
The electoral roll shows that Stakan constituency has the highest number of early voters with 7,055, followed by Bukit Sentosa (3,163), Nangka (3,043), Batu Kawah (1,241) and Sri Aman (1,075).
Registered voters in this state election total 1,138,650 of which 1,113,522 are normal voters, 25,022 early voters consisting of army, police and General Operations Force personnel and their spouses, and 106 absentee (overseas) postal voters.
The figure does not include early voters for the Bukit Kota and Bukit Sari seats which were won uncontested by Barisan Nasional candidates.
