MAHATHIR: MALAYSIA'S MOST CONFUSED 'KELING'?

MAHATHIR: MALAYSIA'S MOST CONFUSED 'KELING'?
“In his new book, A New Deal for Asia, he writes about his father in such a way as to imply that he was a Malay dedicated to the improvement of his fellow Malays rather than the hardworking Indian immigrant and government servant that he was. No mention of Dr. Mahathir’s Indian Muslim background ever appears in the media. The subject is taboo.”
– Philip Bowring, former editor of the Far Eastern Economic Review, columnist for the International Herald Tribune, and regional correspondent for the Financial Times –
They say as you age you become wiser. However, when one is driven by hatred, he is ought to destroy himself. World-renowned playwright, George Bernard Shaw once said, “Hatred is the coward’s revenge for being intimidated”
Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad’s loathe towards Prime Minister Najib Razak has forced him into something that he himself despises. Desperation to overthrow Najib in order for his son to have any chance of becoming prime minister is growing at an alarming rate. Mahathir knows time is not on his side. He does not have many years left to make his son’s ambition a reality. If anything, the Mahathir legacy is suffocating. The Mahathir dream is mummifying.
I have been writing for some time now expressing my disgust with the word Mahathir. Malaysia’s most racist homosapien has been exposed once again in a video that has been going viral on social media where Mahathir labels the Indians as ‘Keling’. I applaud DAP’s Prof Ramasamy on his opinion against the insecure Mahathir. Ramasamy wonders how a man like Mahathir can be seriously taken in Malaysian politics if he has nothing but contempt for the non-Malays in the country. Instead of sitting in an air-conditioned room and running his fingers on the keyboard, Ramasamy need not wonder but instead forward his grievances to his DAP bosses.
Ramasamy should perhaps change his optical lenses to get a clearer view on who are the ones that are heavily relying on Mahathir to remain politically relevant. The only ones who god worships Mahathir today are his own DAP and PKR allies. How can the civil society take the opposition seriously when they are working with the demon that single-handedly destroyed this country? Has Ramasamy insinuated that the opposition are merely a bunch of hypocrites?
Wannabe prime minister Mukhriz Mahathir has publicly admitted that Mahathir and co. are not there to be the opposition. They only exist to overthrow Najib. They are there to only revive Mahathirism. If Najib towed along Mahathir’s lines and empowered Mukhriz into a VP at UMNO, do you think we would be seeing the Mahathir we see today? Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah recently poured her sorrows in the media with regards to the hair-dryer treatment her husband is getting. Dear Dr. Siti Hasmah, how do you think Datuk Seri Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and Mdm. Gurmit Kaur (late Karpal Singh’s wife) would have felt when your husband did things multile folds worse to their respective husband? Do you expect us to sympathise with you because your husband is being treated like trash?
With Mahathir’s latest ‘Keling’ parody, I wonder if it is acceptable to label every Indian who supports Mahathir a Keling. Maybe we should utter the word ‘Keling’ to Ambiga Sreenevasan since she has become an ambassador of Mahathirism.
Mahathir is a poison that would slowly seep into your bloodstream and then destroy you. Just as how he destroyed my wonderful Malaysia and spoilt the Malays, the self-destruction of the opposition would ensue. Mahathir cunningly championed himself as a Malay when he in fact has ‘Keling’ (in Mahathir’s own words) blood running in his veins. The colour of your skin can never be used as evidence of your hereditary. If so, then the late Michael Jackson would have to be considered a white descent. - http://www.malaysia-today.net/
