KUCHING – The wife of a state assemblyman, who has been missing since Thursday (Sept 29), has not been kidnapped, according to police.
When contacted Saturday, Sarawak Criminal Investigation Department chief Datuk Dev Kumar said that the case was a family matter and the woman, 41, would return home soon.

On Thursday, the state assemblyman, 50, went to fetch his wife at an airport here but was shocked to find that she did not board the flight.
He later lodged a police report.
