Toll Booth And Petrol Station Staff Fleecing Touch n Go Money !!

It looks like the report about a Toll Booth staff fleecing Touch n Go money from people was not an isolated case. Here is a comment from regular commentor Alias Dusuki (thank you Alias.)

Syed, as regards the toll, it also happened to me on 3/3/2017 @ 12.56:54 involving Suzana, but at the Karak Toll and on my way back from Bentong to KL. 

I refilled RM 20.00 without noting the previous balance, but still found the balance suspiciously low before exit. 

Following my query, Suzana admitted having sleepily short-credited me RM 10.00 and issued an additional RM 10.00 receipt for the shortfall. I just wonder if Suzana was her real name as there was no way I could verify. 

I even now realize that she had in fact taken back the earlier receipt acknowledging the first RM 10.00 payment to cover up her deceit.

Looking back, this appears to be a WELL PLANNED RACKET, not only at the TOLL BOOTH, but also at the Petrol Stations. 

The latter also happened to my Grand Daughter at the Petronas Station after the Sg Besi Toll Plaza on the way to Seremban for which we have no hard evidence. 

It is quite obvious that we are being short-changed by all the craze for electronic gadgets. Isn't it time that we should be given a receipt for every debit on T&G ?

My comments :  Toll Booths, Petronas Gas Stations and where else?  Indeed it seems to be a racket.  A new avenue for stealing has opened up in Malaysia. The Touch n Go top up is being abused to steal from people. 

Will the Toll Highway operators please pay attention?Also Petronas and other gas station operators.

It looks like some of your staff have learnt to steal very quickly.
