SEDUCTIVE CLOTHING & OGLING MALAYSIAN OFFICIALS: MUCH ADO OVER A DRESS AT A CHESS TOURNAMENT! MALAYSIA BOLEH!

A 12-year-old girl has been forced to drop out of a chess tournament because she was wearing an ‘improper’ and ‘seductive’ dress.
The chess champion was told in the middle of the second round of the competition that her clothing was a ‘temptation from a certain angle far, far away’ and that she must change.
But the girl – who was taking part in the National Scholastic Chess Championship 2017 in Putrajaya, Malaysia – felt ‘harassed and humiliated’ after the comments by the tournament’s chief arbiter.
Now her mother, who said a similar incident happened just months ago, is seeking an apology from the competition chief.
Asking to remain anonymous, she told MailOnline: ‘My daughter is very upset.
‘When it happened before, it was because a parent didn’t like what she was wearing. So this time I made sure the dress was proper enough.’
She added that she was ‘very mad’ when her daughter was chastised in the second round of the competition – especially since she’d won the first round.
Her teacher, Kaushal Khandhar, said what happened was ‘ridiculous’ and ‘completely out of line’.
In a Facebook post, Mr Khandhar wrote: ‘In the middle of Round 2, without stopping the clocks, the chief arbiter informed my student that the dress she wore was improper.
He added: ‘We are absolutely DISGUSTED by the treatment’.
He said that the girl was told she could take part in the tournament’s next round, scheduled for the following day on April 14, if she bought less revealing attire from a nearby mall.
But the shops in the area did not open until after the competition began at 9am.
Mr Khandhar said the tournament’s director had promised to phone back the girl’s mother to discuss the situation, but he never did – forcing the young champion to ditch the competition.
Press Statement by YB Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin dated 29 April 2017
I refer to Malay Mail’s news report dated 28 April 2017 regarding a 12-year-old girl being forced to quit a chess tournament held at Putrajaya over her “seductive” dress.
I am totally appalled and disgusted with the Tournament Director and Chief Arbiter of the National Scholastic Chess Championship 2017 for stopping a 12-year-old chess player in the middle of round two citing the student’s dress as “seductive” and “a temptation from a certain angle, far, far away.”
I urge the relevant authorities to remove these two incompetent and dirty minded adults from their current positions and never to let them near girls at all. In fact, there should be a court order to ensure that they keep a safe distance away from all girls. Their behaviour is a threat to children especially girls. These two have absolutely no shame and even dare to publicly declare that seeing legs over a knee-length skirt is a temptation. How disgraceful! If such men cannot control their urges, they belong behind a cage.
This incident is not an isolated case and if men keep on blaming girls and women for their own inability to remain unaroused, then there is even a greater need to keep a registry of all sexual offenders and potential sexual aggressors like these two.
Religion teaches us to keep a pure mind. If the mind is not pure, no matter how the women dresses, the men would still find reasons to get excited.
