Why is PKR crawling back to PAS after being trampled?

YOURSAY | 'You cannot divorce someone and still want to sleep with them.'
ZZ: PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and deputy president Azmin Ali, it is embarrassing to see leaders such as yourselves who openly beg charity from PAS, whose leaders have clearly trampled on PKR.
Don't you have any self-respect? It is truly stupid and shameful to those of us who have supported PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim all these years.
Drngsc: Wan Azizah and Azmin, you cannot divorce someone and still want to sleep with them. That is not right. PAS is evil. PAS is now Umno. A break is a break.
Thickskin: If PKR ties up with PAS in the next general election, it would be the end of PKR. The public has perceived that some PKR leaders are only interested in preserving their own positions, and ignore the welfare of the rakyat.
What is the difference between these PKR leaders and Umno leaders?
Rm2.6 Billion Turkey Haram: If PKR is interested in PAS, the easiest way is to break off from DAP and Amanah. My bet is it will lose Selangor. Wan Azizah and Azmin, be decisive. PAS is a small fry in Selangor.
KSD: Here in lies the difference between PKR and DAP. The Rocket party is principled and is focused on serving the people. PKR is self-serving, and its prime objective is to ensure they remain in power.
Of course, this new Umno clone sucks less blood than Umno itself from the citizens, so I suppose one must be grateful for small mercies.
Justice for Malaysia: Kak Wan, have you forgotten that it was Azmin and PAS that stabbed you in the back on the Kajang move?
The better person for the menteri besar position would be either vice-presidents Rafizi Ramli or Nurul Izzah Anwar. Even Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad of Amanah would be a good choice.
Fair Play: If PAS can get more than five sets, their God would have answered their wish. Prime Minister Najib Razak must be very desperate to ensure he remains relevant by capturing Selangor with the help of Hadi.
Cogito Ergo Sum: I think PAS candidates will lose their deposits. The announcement also reflects what poor judgement Azmin has in political matters. Not only has it backfired, but it has also cast serious doubts on PKR's credibility.
Dont Just Talk: PAS can even field another 42 candidates in other states, but in Selangor, the final result will be 42-0, with zero state seats going to PAS.
PAS will end up as a spoiler at best, and after the 14th GE, PAS will be brought down to earth and return to being a kampung party.
PAS can only dream of their glorious days when the party won more parliamentary and state seats under Pakatan Rakyat and during PAS president Nik Aziz Nik Mat's era.
Anonymous_1371726498: Selangor PAS is ready with 42 candidates for three-cornered fights. Is Harapan (read: PKR) ready with its 42 candidates? That's the million-dollar question.
HaveAGreatDay: This is the PAS that Azmin wants to negotiate with. Good luck, Azmin.
I think you can talk with them till the cows come home, but Hadi and his gang of wolves in religious robes will still be frolicking with MO1 (Malaysian Official 1) under bed covers.
KnockKnock: Azmin, you have got to choose either PAS or PKR. If you are with PAS, you will get the blessings of Najib and Umno, hence you will remain as menteri besar for Selangor, which is probably your selfish desire.
Bornean: Azmin, you still want to negotiate with PAS? They are stepping on your face now.
P Dev Anand Pillai: Interesting developments, let us hope that it translates into votes and there is no rigging and cheating by the Election Commission, aided and abetted by other government agencies.
Lord Denning: Former MIC president G Palanivel does not have a following. He was pretty bad as minister, deputy minister, etc. He is more likely to lose votes to BN if he joins the Pakatan Harapan camp.
Jay Tan: It's a good idea to rope in Palanivel and his supporters. It will further strengthen Pakatan Harapan.
As it is, in my view, 80 percent of the Indians are not going to vote for BN. My fellow Indian friends tell me how many in their community are struggling with rising costs of living.
There is no help for the Indians, and on top being insulted (especially on the matter of religion) by fellows like India's fugitive preacher Zakir Naik.
Hopeful123: Mahathir's strategy speaks volumes of his political acumen. Azmin is a gone case. His warming up to PAS is taking PKR nowhere. Wake up Azmin, otherwise it will be too late.
SusahKes: This is something that Azmin should have thought of, instead of beating the dead horse strategy that is PAS and its chief Hadi.
Drifter: Mahathir knows how to form a coalition to win a GE. That is why he was PM for 22 years.
Anonymous 2467801493104318:Mahathir should also rope in former MCA president Ong Tee Keat.

Anon1: There you are, folks. This is BN version 2 in the making. Expect nothing much to change, but only internal bickering for positions and power if Harapan wins GE14.
Each Harapan warlord would make demands for himself and his supporters. - Mkini
