My comments :
The problem seems to lie here : “To Bridge Gap Between Assets/Liability and Improve Fund’s Sustainability".
They are having problems managing their assets and liabilities.
One of their solutions is to cut dialysis services for some applicants.
How about better managing SOCSO's assets and liabilities?
Ok maybe a lot of money has been paid to non-deserving claims (aka fraudulent??)
If that is the case go after the wrongdoers.
Don't punish all the people.
Mak nenek business model again.
