TOP URGENT BREAKING NEWS : SHAFIE KEKAL SEBAGAI KETUA MENTERI SABAH

 I just received some information from Sabah. The situation is like this. There is NO clear cut majority winner in Sabah. The single largest party with the most seats is Warisan with 29 seats. Warisan Plus takes it to 32 seats.

The next largest party is Perikatan Nasional (PN) with 17 seats. 

Then Barisan Nasional (BN) with 14 seats. 

Finally PBS with 7 seats.

The so called GRS or Gabungan Rakyat Sabah consisting of  PN, BN and PBS are not a single entity. The GRS or Gabungan Rakyat Sabah is not registered as one single coalition.

So again in these circumstances there is NO SINGLE PARTY or coalition that has a simple majority of 37 seats to form the government in Sabah.

In such circumstances, under the Sabah State Constitution the Governor (Tuan Yang Terutama) is obliged to call the party with the most number of seats to form the Government.  

And that party shall be Warisan. So Shafie Apdal should be called to form the Government. This is why Shafie Apdal has not yet conceded defeat.

Warisan Plus already have 32 seats. They only need 5 more seats to form the State government. There are THREE independents. PBS can also consider joining Shafie Apdal. Then Shafie Apdal will be Chief Minister again.

The other option is for Perikatan Nasional (PN) to throw in their lot with Warisan in Sabah. Tan Sri Muhyiddin and Shafie Apdal should consider teaming up in Sabah.

They have nothing to lose. Warisan is a Sabah party. PN is a national party. PN can loosen its coalition with UMNO in Sabah and team up with Warisan.

UMNO is also dead in Sabah. UMNO had 29 state seats in Sabah. Now UMNO has only 14 seats. They have lost MORE THAN 50% of their seats.  UMNO is dead.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin and PN should forget about UMNO and focus on forging a deal with Shafie Apdal and Warisan.

A Muhyiddin - Shafie team up in Sabah will also greatly strengthen Muhyiddin's position in Sabah and Sarawak for the next General Elections. As well as Shafie Apdal's position too.

Keputusan PRN Sabah menunjukkan politik dinosaur makin menjadi extinct species. 

Pimpinan gabungan Warisan Plus di Sabah  telah membuat keputusan yang lebih tepat apabila mereka setuju memberi 7 kerusi sahaja kepada PKR. Tetapi ini pun membazir agihan kerusi sebab keputusannya pengundi Sabah menolak PKR di 5 kerusi. PKR hanya menang 2 daripada 7 kerusi yang ditanding. 

Nyata sekali Sabah sudah hilang daripada riwayat politik PKR. This is the end of PKR.  

UMNO pula telah kehilangan 15 kerusi. Daripada memegang 29 kerusi UMNO hanya menang 14 kerusi sahaja di Sabah. UMNO sudah jadi dinosaur. Dan kehadiran dinosaur UMNO seperti Najib, Zahid, Bung dan Musa Aman tidak menguntungkan UMNO.

Sudah tiba masa bagi kemunculan gabungan baru dan wajah baru dalam politik negara kita.  Kita mesti get rid of all these old dinosaurs.
