1. The Bank Negara questions have not been fully answered. The earlier RCI did not answer all the questions.
The impact of this whole scheme of things are very huge. Huge because the knots and the tentacles go everywhere and reach everywhere.
There are far too many unanswered questions. When exactly did Bank Negara get a whiff of all those huge funds transfers involving 1MDB?
One local bank was "inexplicably" fined tens of millions because of "weaknesses in its reporting systems and processes".
"Inexplicable" because Bank Negara never divulged to the public (despite the matter being of the utmost public interest) why they fined the bank so much money? No details and no reasons were divulged by Bank Negara to the public. What kind of central banking is this?
Then there are those Singapore links and stories from Singapore. The Singaporeans fined and jailed some minor bit players in the whole 1MDB scandal. But only AFTER the 1MDB story broke in the news in 2015.
We all know the 1MDB scandal goes back to 2012 or even to 2009 (Terengganu Investment Authority).
Surely the Monetary Authority of Singapore and also Bank Negara must be aware of the huge transfers of funds that took place around that time. (The Singaporeans took action against Yak Yew Chee, Yeo Jiawei, Kelvin Ang, Tim Leissner etc).
Then there are embarrassing questions 'senior people' involved.
All this must be fully investigated and MOST IMPORTANTLY it must be made known to the public.
All these haramjadah and anak sund_l in power and in government think they are playing with their own money. It is our money lah. You are playing with public funds.
As I said before, it may take years but one day all these crooks and their misdeeds will be fully exposed to the public. The whole system is corrupted and sick to the core. It must be fully exposed and pulled out at its roots.
2. The Disappeared Persons case.
Similarly we must resolve the disappearances of Pastor Koh, Amri Che Mat, Joshua Hilmy, his wife Ruth and at least one more person. Until today they have not been found.
These cases must be solved otherwise we cannot call ourselves a civilised society.
Some anak sundal say that Amri was a Shiah - so who cares? My view is that people who can speak like this do not know who was their real father. You must be real anak sundal.
Shia or no Shia, Christian or no Christian, or whatever someone's religion or faith, in Malaysia it is an offense punishable by the death sentence if you kidnapped them. Yes kidnapping in Malaysia carries the death penalty.
Kidnapping or abducting in order to murder – Section 364 Penal Code (Malaysia)
Section 364. Whoever kidnaps or abducts any person in order that such person may be murdered, or may be so disposed of as to be put in danger of being murdered, shall be punished with death or imprisonment for a term which may extend to *thirty years and shall, if he is not sentenced to death, also be liable to whipping.
I hope other than the families of the Disappeared Persons there will be some Malaysian NGOs (and also SUHAKAM) who will pursue these cases with the ICMP. There must be international awareness of what has happened here. Because most certainly there has been a huge cover-up.
Just like in the Bank Negara and the 1MDB case. There is a huge cover up going on.
The NGOs should help the families organise events on a regular basis to increase public awareness about these cases and to keep pressure on the government to locate the missing people.
Where are they?
Dia macam ini Tuan-Tuan. Masyarakat kita masih tak cukup civilisation. We are operating close to the orang hutan level of civilisation.
Dalam negara kita kononnya ada undang-undang tapi yang saya baca hari-hari sekarang umum mengadu persepsi mereka bahawa undang-undang negara ada "double standard". Orang biasa dikenakan tindakan undang-undang ikut cara tertentu and then golongan orang kaya, orang berpengaruh pula lain cerita.
Kes yang jelas sekarang isu membenarkan OKT (Orang Kena Tuduh) boleh keluar negara. Dan Mahkamah pula akan sambung bicara SELEPAS mereka pulang dari overseas. Fulamak !! Malaysia Boleh.
Kes lain pula walaupun perbicaraan mahkamah sudah bermula (and defense had been called) tiba-tiba semua tuduhan dibatalkan dan OKT pun bebas. Fulamak!! Malaysia Boleh.
Ada lagi contoh lain. Tetapi percayalah, semua ini berlaku "ikut prosedur, ikut undang-undang" dsbnya. Memang susah untuk di soal atau di sangkal.
Tetapi ikut bahasa undang-undang juga : The system of law which is intended to ensure fairness in society is known as the Law of Equity. By the Law of Equity "justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done, if the legal system is to retain the trust of society".
Jadi kalaulah orang biasa, rakyat marhaen, orang bawah dikenakan tindakan undang-undang dan terpaksa menerima keputusan undang-undang tetapi orang kaya, orang besar, orang berkuasa, orang berpengaruh pula lebih happy-happy walaupun dikenakan tindakan undang-undang maka "justice will not be seen to be done".
The law must not only apply equally to everyone, the low and the high, but more importantly the law must apply.
Itulah Step Nombor Satu. The First Step. Langkah al Wahid. The law must apply. If the law does not apply then the idea of the Rule of Law becomes quite useless.
