Missing Form 5 student found after 8 days

BENTONG: A Form Five student, who was reported missing at Lurah Bilut near here on July 15 was found in Triang, Bera, some 110km away today.

Bentong police chief Superintendent Zaiham Mohd Kahar said Nur Aina Faqihah Shahrizan, 17, was found by members of the public at the Triang bus station at 2.30pm today.

"She was found safe and has been taken to the nearest police station. Nur Aina Faqihahi will undergo a health check up at a nearby hospital.

"Police will bring her back to Bentong before recording her statement and hand her back to her family," he said today.

Nur Aina Faqihah, who lives in Kampung Lama in Lurah Bilut, was last seen by her younger sister leaving the house about 9.30pm on July 15 and failed to return home. - NST
