KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim called on Malaysians to rally behind our national athletes as they depart to Paris for the 2024 Olympics.

"Malaysia's Olympic contingent has embarked on their journey and is currently gearing up for competition," he said in a Facebook post today.

He called on Malaysians to rally behind the athletes with prayers for a historic performance and potential victories.

"Let us follow their journey, bear witness, and offer prayers for their success," said Anwar.

"Together, let us extend our wishes for triumph and success to our team." -NST
