• attacks during Solingen’s festival celebrating 650th anniversary
  
• Aug 24, ISIS released  statement claiming responsibility
• attack inspired by ISIS
• ISIS directing followers to carry out knife attacks like this

 

MY COMMENTS : There is just no way of knowing who they are before they commit these crimes. It could be anyone. It is going to become a situation of 'guilty until proven innocent'.  It is always a bad ending.
