Helmet-free uncle wins the internet for galloping on bike like it was a horse

LIFE can be dull if the routine and normalcy is never broken. But fear not, because planet earth is never short of interesting individuals who brighten up this world with their antics.

Latest on the list is a funny uncle who caught netizens’ attention for his uncanny bike riding style.

In a video post on X by netizen @dahfollowbelum, the uncle could be seen beating on the bike while rocking back and forth, as though it was a horse.

It wasn’t enough and he even stood on his bike while it was going, oblivious of the danger it presented. Also, horse-riding-uncle wasn’t sporting a safety helmet.

The traffic police should have much to say to this old man. Is this a serious case of midlife crisis?

According to netizen @dahfollowbelum who posted the video, JPJ should check the uncle’s urine. The comment suggested that horse-rising-uncle may be high on drugs or something.

Then there was netizen @ich1g0 who pointed out that the man must be born in the year of the horse. “The year of the horse is coming,” he added.

Another netizen was more subtle in his comment:

Netizen @adiehussin94 believed the man was senile, that he had forgotten that he rode on a motorcycle but a horse instead.

Sherlock Holmes came in the form of @lamir_my who said his behaviour was the product of either ketum or syabu.

On a separate note, Year 2026 or the year of the horse is said to bring  energetic movement, enthusiasm, and individual drive, according to the website Astro Arun Pandit.

“This sign is about freedom, action, and doing things your way. If you’ve been wanting more purpose or guidance, the vibrational energy of this year might propel you to take that leap you’ve been considering,” it said.

Our horse-riding-uncle probably felt that life was too short and decided to just do what he wanted, regardless of the consequences.

And the only thing we want to say is, more power to you, horse-riding-uncle. But don’t forget to wear your safety helmet. —  Focus Malaysia
