JUDGE RIDICULES 'ARABIAN NIGHTS' DEFENCE STRATEGY. MAHU PARDON DUA KALI KAH?

First the news from CNA:

 

 The Judge said:

•  defence failed miserably to raise reasonable doubt
• stretching the imagination into the realm of fantasy
• stories that surpass those of the Arabian Nights 

It was years ago that this photoshopped caricature went around:

This was meant to be the mysterious Saudi Arabian prince who donated the billions. Obviously this caricature was just Social Media satire, just making a joke - not to be taken seriously. I also think the Arabian prince has gained a few pounds since then.

Yet Najib made this his main defence strategy. The Judge said,  'stories that surpass those of the Arabian Nights'.   A defence that not only failed to outsmart Social Media gibes but which was terribly short.  It was certainly not any contempt for the intelligence of the judicial system. This was simply what was left in the fuel tank -  fumes.

They have little sense of history. History will not be kind.
