Rapid KL activates alternative train routes for Ampang-Sri Petaling LRT line

 This follows a track switch failure at Chan Sow Lin station.

Rapid KL advised passengers who require assistance to approach station officers or auxiliary police on duty.

PETALING JAYA:

 Rapid KL has activated alternative train routes for the Ampang-Sri Petaling LRT line following a track switch failure at the Chan Sow Lin station.

In a Facebook post, Rapid KL said that trains from Sentul Timur will operate as usual to Putra Heights and vice versa.

However, trains from Ampang will turn back at Chan Sow Lin station every six minutes.

Passengers from Ampang heading to Sentul Timur should change at Platform 1A of the Chan Sow Lin station.

“Passengers wishing to continue their journey to Ampang should make a change at Platforms 1B and 2B of the station,” the public transport operator said.
