Bala's SDs: Truth cannot be suppressed

YOURSAY ‘Deepak has gone rouge... It is going to be another headache for that lady friend of his and the powers-that-be.'

Deepak regrets getting involved in Bala's SD

your sayHumblevoice: This carpet man revealed a little bit, but kept a lot in reserve. Clearly he is playing an extortion game, waiting for an offer to stop him from revealing further, or a counter offer to goad him from revealing more.

Obviously he has gone out of favour, but would not allow himself to be discarded like a piece of used toilet paper.

He has gone rouge, acting like a free agent like what private investigator P Balasubramaniam has been doing. It is going to be another headache for that lady friend of his and the powers-that-be.

It looks like there is no way to contain the Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu or the Scorpene submarine scandal.

With so many parties willing to pay handsome 'rewards', who knows who will be the next coming forward with yet another explosive revelation?

SKT: "I help you, you help me". Businessperson Deepak Jaikishan obviously knew what he was getting involved into, now he is just regretting that he couldn't get what he thought he could get from his female friend by helping her.

Kee Thuan Chye: Wow! If this is true, it's explosive news. It should go into the mainstream media. Everyone should know about it. This is going to open a can of worms.

The attorney-general should be pressed to investigate it and reopen the Altantuya Shaariibuu case.

Most telling is the last paragraph of this Malaysiakini report - Deepak actually nodded when asked if "same people" meant PM Najib Razak.

Geronimo: Isn't this an admission of guilt? Hello, Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), what are you waiting for? Doomsday?
Louis: Deepak, if you want to bare it all, do it now. Why wait the next time?
You said that you wanted this issue off your chest, wouldn't you save yourself the torment if you tell all - the truth the sooner, the better? Or do you have another agenda?

Hermit: Deepak is wiser now for he knows too well that Najib's days are numbered.

One can skillfully plan, one can deploy all his worldly resources to come out with the best plan, but all these human effort can never beat the masterplan of God Almighty.
As admitted by them, they are the devil we know, and all plans deployed by devils would surely fail, and fail.

Anonymous #32993250: Truth cannot be suppressed, ultimately the law of nature is such that truth will be known.

Now Deepak wants to purge himself from the sins that he had committed. Deepak must know Sathiyame Jeyayam, which translates that ‘Truth is Victory'.

Anonymous_40c3: He is sending someone a message. Depending on who is in power after the next election, the tune of the song will be sang accordingly.

Ferdtan: Deepak is obviously using Malaysiakini, giving an evasive interview to ‘warn' the powers-that-be: "Don't screw me up. I can do more damage by revealing more."

This interview instalment is just the good ‘day one starter' - if they are no positive responses from his intended target, he goes to second gear - a more damaging exposé. That is the reason why, when asked further, he made excuses that he would tell more the next day.

His giveaway was that there would be more interviews to be held, so why hurry. The pertinent question posed to him of his willingness to talk because of a particular dispute over land with the powers-that-be said it all.

He evaded the question, but didn't deny it. To say that he regretted getting involved in Bala's statutory declaration (SD) is an understatement of the year.
He is the embodiment of ‘Mr Fix-all' for top political leaders. To put it in a debased term - a running dog.

Giudice: Oh dear, the house of cards is looking more and more unsteady. Not to worry, the rakyat will provide the final push.

Anonymous #41809171: This goes to prove that sooner or later, everything swept under the carpet will burst out into the open.

Nadarajan Rengasamy: First, it was V Navindran, the police officer who assaulted A Kugan, who spilled the beans on the police.
Now it is Deepak who is seeking to spill the beans. You see, the truth will somehow come out one day.

Hang Babeuf: Well, the truth that you are likely to get from an upfront "rug merchant" - at any time, and on any subject - is always going to be pretty qualified.

Problem is, he is unlikely to be able to sell anybody a magic carpet to fly away and escape from this sordid episode.

This is far nastier business, that was and is, than simply being habitually "economical with the truth" while selling carpets.
Gggg: And they say the best James Bond movie is ‘Skyfall'. I am enjoying ‘Umnofall'.

VP: "...getting him (private eye P Balasubramaniam) to agree to sign another SD, not because of the (first) SD itself but because of the repercussions that will happen the next day if that (first) SD was not reversed," said Deepak.

That probably implies the first SD is true. What Najib has sworn before the Quran is a lie. It's getting more exciting now.

Pemerhati: Najib and Rosmah don't seem to be very clever and are really very ‘kedekut' (stingy) and do not keep their promises.

They don't seem to realise that if you are doing something illegal and wrong with the help of other people, then you must keep these people happy by giving them the rewards you promised them for doing your dirty work.

They would not be in such a difficult position now if they and their friend Abdul Razak Baginda, after collecting about RM400 million from the Scorpene deal, had given Altantuya the small sum of less than a million dollars that she demanded for her services.

Subsequently it looks like Bala was promised RM5 million for signing the second affidavit but they made him angry by giving him only a fraction of that amount and probably that is why Bala come out and spilled the beans.

Now it looks like Najib and Rosmah for some similar reason have made Deepak angry and he is going to spill some more beans. Knowing what happened to Altantuya, Deepak better look for his safety.

Anonymous_5fb: Najib and Rosmah Mansor, both of you are as good as a dead meat with this revelation by Deepak.
The question is, why Deepak did this at this stage but not earlier? Maybe we should ask the old man. The grand old man.

You should not have been doing that at the very first instance, Deepak. This thing will be with you till your judgment day. Shame on you, doing things in breach of your conscience.
Barrack Apanama: The spirit of Altantuya must be still lingering here in Kuala Lumpur. There should be some justice to be served, otherwise it is not a fair life. What goes around comes around.

Anonymous #32993250: What a coincidence. Deepak's revealation that the second SD was false, which was forced on Bala, and the presence of the French lawyer in Singapore wanting to summon witnesses like Najib and Abdul Razak Baginda are all connected to the death of Altantuya.

What a great divine intervention as the Umno general assembly is to kick off tomorrow. - Malaysiakini
