PUTRAJAYA: The reluctance of parents to have children vaccinated and immunised, causing an outbreak of infectious diseases which can endanger the latter’s health, can be deemed child neglect.
The women, family and community development ministry, in a statement , advised parents to follow the recommendations of the health ministry to ensure the good health of children.
Section 31 of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611] states that any person who neglects a child commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine not exceeding RM20,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or both.
According to the ministry, the Child Act 2001 was amended through the Child (Amendment) Bill 2015 and was approved in both the Dewan Rakyat on April 6 and the Senate on May 4.
“The Child (Amendment) Bill 2015 will be gazetted and enforced to increase the sentence for child neglect,” said the statement.

  1. INTERESTING TWIST TO THE USUAL LIES, HALF-TRUTH OR WHITE-WASH.

VACCINATION OR NOT, HAS NEVER BEEN LINKED TO ANY OUTBREAKS.

HOW ABOUT EXTREMELY LONG WAITING FOR PATIENTS FOR PRIVATE & PUBLIC HOSPITAL?
FINE OR JUST ANOTHER PUBLICITY BULLSHIT, AS USUAL?

HOW ABOUT INCOMPETENT STAFFS & DOCTORS LYING ALL THE WAY TO THEIR PATIENT?
TAI-CHI TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS, GIVING LEGALLY WRONG ADVISE, WRONG MEDICATION, SHORT-CHANGING MEDICATION AND LOTS MORE?
CAN THESE "CIVIL-SERVENTS" BE SUED OR JUST TRANSFERRED ELSEWHERE TO HIDE IN "PRIVACY"?

"WEAKENED IMMUNE SYSTEM" WILL CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS EVEN AFTER FULL VACCINATION!
MORE EFFECTIVE METHOD IS A HEALTHY DIET, SIMPLE AS THAT!
SUE GOVERNMENT AFTER FALL ILL, WITH FULL VACCINATION?
ANY RECORDS AFTER SEVEN YEARS, AS WITH ISO 9001, REVISION 1998?
