Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos jumped police custody and fail to sign the bail document last week.
Since he is now a FUGITIVE, the police should launch a manhunt to look for him and ARREST him.
He seems to be making a mockery of the police by uploading videos and claiming excuses for not surrendering.
The awards conferred on him should immediately be removed since he is a fugitive of the State.
The police should immediately act to arrest him.
