SUHAKAM INQUIRY | A Human Rights Commission (Suhakam) public inquiry has concluded that Amri Che Mat and Pastor Raymond Koh, who vanished in 2016 and 2017 respectively, were victims of enforced disappearance.
The three-member panel also concluded that the perpetrators were members of the police Special Branch.

Remember the mistakes made by the Bomba in the Mohd Adib Mohd Kassim Inquest. The Bomba lied, tried to cover up and made a complete fool of themselves.
Then at the Adib Inquest, the truth came out and the Bomba look foolish.
That Bomba story is not over yet. Heads will roll.
In this case FOUR PEOPLE have disappeared ie Amri Che Mat, Pastor Koh, Pastor Joshua Hilmy and his wife Ruth.
Now Suhakam has laid the blame squarely on Bukit Aman Police for the abduction and disappearance of Amri Che Mat and Pastor Koh.
If Suhakam's contention is true and IF both Amri Che Mat and Pastor Koh have been killed, then it is murder. Section 302 of the Penal Code.
If this is true, then more than one person will go to jail.
Malaysia has now scrapped the death penalty so you will escape mandatory death sentence.
Not just one person but possibly more than one person in Bukit Aman may go to jail if Suhakam's findings are followed through with a trial and people are found guilty of abduction and murder.
Unless of course if Amri Che Mat, Pastor Koh, Joshua Hilmy and Ruth suddenly make a miraculous re appearance.
