At about 6pm yesterday, Sugumar who has NO POLICE RECORD was chased by 6 policemen in uniform, arrested & beat him up while another 20 ppl joined in d beating!
Eyewitness also said they saw police after handcuffing sugumar-rubbed tumeric on his face b4 continuing to beat him!
Sugumar is NOW DEAD!!!
After d killing sugumar's body was dumped on the roadside- naked and handcuffed
family n lawyers still waiting - no progress- just spoken to eyewitnesses to the killing- holding PC at the mortuary
