A "TAULIAH" (CREDENTIALS) REQUIREMENT A MUST TO PREACH OR TALK ON ISLAM

Let Zakir Naik talk, but with conditions, says Penang mufti

Our Malaysian religious authorities, through the States have put in place that only those with a recognized "tauliah" (credentials) be allow to talk or preach Islam in public.

Surprising that some Mufti and religious people seem to question this "tauliah" requirement be relaxed or waived in support of some individuals.
