PROTES SPONTAN MULA MENJADI - SPONTANEOUS PROTESTS BREAKING OUT AROUND THE COUNTRY

Here are two very recent videos. None of these videos have been reported by the gomen controlled media.

1.  The first video shows a protest in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I believe this protest was at the local SPRM office in KK. People are asking the SPRM to arrest MO1 and Musa Aman the Chief Minister.  This protest happened after the arrest of Shafie Apdal.

Kota Kinabalu is not Kuala Lumpur. The Sabahans already do not like the monkeys from the BN.  This is a direct challenge to the BN who think they have authority in Sabah. Look again. This is a new development.

2.  The second video is more important. This is a protest along the highway in front of Melawati, before Zoo Negara when driving from Batu Caves towards Ampang.

Listen to what the kakak is saying : 'takkan hari-hari nak makan nasi goreng'.

The corruption, the nonsensical policy making, the utter stupidity of the entire gomen  is hitting people where it hurts the most : in the stomach.

These people are getting tired of eating nasi goreng, nasi kicap and sayur rebus everyday. Their whole complaint is about the high cost of living, aka GST and harga minyak naik.

These men and women who are protesting in Melawati are everyday folks. They are not UMNO style mobs-for-hire.  This is obviously a local protest. Just a few of them have gathered by the roadside, possibly close to where they live. They are angry.

Numerous times my friends and I have wondered - what will be the breaking point for the Malays (and the Sabahans)?

Despite all the crap that is happening in the country, the Malays (whose actions really matter) have been stoically accepting their fate.  The belief in taqdir and rezeki still dampens any desire to protest loudly and in public.

Well folks, it looks like the breaking point is here. People are not starving - yet. But it gets quite boring to survive on boiled rice, boiled rice and more boiled rice every day.  Or nasi goreng. Or maggie mee.  Just ask Tesco - maggie mee sales are going through the roof. So are sales of beras RM2.30 satu kilo -  the lowest quality rice.

Many people cannot afford to buy fish anymore. Even ikan tongkol is selling at RM10 per kilo.  Tenggiri is in the RM26 - 28 per kilo category.  Kerisi is in the RM12 - 16 range.  Even kembong is above RM12 per kilo.

I think at last the protests are breaking out.
The stomach will overrule taqdir or rezeki.
