Diesel up 10 sen tomorrow, RON95, RON97 unchanged

Diesel prices go up by 10 sen to cost RM1.70 per litre at midnight.
RON97 and RON97 prices remain at RM1.75 and RM2.10 per litre respectively.
Fuel prices for diesel, RON95 and RON97 all went up by 5 sen last month - the first time since April.
The government determines the prices of fuel through a managed float. It takes into account several factors, including the global price of crude oil and the country's currency strength in the previous month.

Brent crude was at a low US$36 per barrel in March but gradually climbed up to around US$48 in April.
It was down to US$42 per barrel this week, with returning output in areas previously affected by disruption feared to lead to oversupply and further drop in prices.
The ringgit as of today is at RM4.03 to a US dollar, slightly weaker than a month ago when it stood at RM3.98 to a US dollar.
