PETALING JAYA: A senior police officer at Bukit Aman has been confirmed as the driver of a car that collided with a motorcyclist on Tuesday, resulting in the rider’s death.
Selangor police chief Hussein Omar Khan said the officer, who was on holiday at the time, may have lapsed into a microsleep (sudden sleep of a few seconds) based on a video recording posted on social media.

“We will complete the investigation with witnesses to the incident and assisted by dashcam footage that has been obtained as well as CCTV footage from a house in the area,” he said. - FMT
