PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang has been urged to spread love, compassion and responsibility when addressing Malay society.
Muhammad Kamil Abdul Munim, who is the political secretary to Finance Minister Anwar Ibrahim, said Hadi must accept that there are differing opinions in this world.
"The mind of the PAS president never disappoints. His message is clear (and consistent). He espouses hatred, hatred and more hatred.
"May Allah guide the mind of the president so that he may work towards spreading the seeds of love, responsibility, to be less prejudiced and provide constructive criticism," said Kamil (above, left) in a statement.
Kamil was commenting on Hadi's latest musings in his "Minda presiden" article series - where he claimed that Umno and Amanah were now "DAP's gurkha (guard)".
Hadi claimed that Umno and Amanah were armed with "fake Islamic branded weapons" and were protecting the secularist DAP.
"According to DAP, the definition of Islam in the Federal Constitution is to reduce the status of Islam, as what the colonialists did.
"DAP is also pursuing the 'Malaysian Malaysia' concept which diminishes the supremacy of Malay Muslims and bumiputera who owns this land.
"The purpose is to provide foreigners equal treatment, similar to what the colonialists did, in order to weaken the position of Malays and Muslims," claimed Hadi. - Mkini
