Morocco’s King Mohammed VI, chairperson of the Al-Quds Committee, has instructed the dispatch of emergency humanitarian and medical aid to the Palestinian people, particularly the population of the Gaza Strip, Maghreb Arabe Press reported.
The Foreign Ministry, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates said this support, totalling nearly 180 tonnes, consists of basic foodstuffs, milk, and children’s products, as well as medicines and surgical equipment for the most vulnerable populations. It also includes blankets, suitable tents, and other equipment.
The aid will be transported via a specially arranged route, allowing for rapid and direct delivery to Palestinian beneficiaries.
This humanitarian aid is part of the concrete solidarity that continuously drives the Kingdom of Morocco, as well as the unwavering commitment of King Mohammed VI to the Palestinian cause and its people.
