To The Dummies, Dunggus and Donkeys - So Now "Who Else" ?

 The dummies, dunggus and donkeys have been repeating this question 'Who Else' for sometime now. "Who else?" they keep asking, even as they have been flushed down the toilet. They have been completely wiped out. 'Who else' is now firmly in the 'can'. 

 

 

But lets answer the question. "Who else?" Well even a proboscis monkey from the Kinabatangan may have higher IQ. Or the backside of a cow.  

Some people can be stupid all the time.
All the people can be stupid some of the time.
But how can so many people be stupid all of the time?
