The Kuala Lumpur High Court will decide on April 7 whether to allow Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to amend his statement of claim to include attorney-general Mohamed Apandi Ali's decision not to charge him, in the suit against Harakah Daily.
Justice Hue Siew Kheng also fixed June 23, 24, 27, 29, and 30 as the new dates for the hearing of Najib's suit against the PAS mouthpiece over reports on his stepson Riza Aziz.
The hearing was originally fixed for today and the new dates were given following Najib's application and the change of Harakah's lawyers.
