The row was sparked by the complainant honking at the suspect, whose car was blocking the way.

Johor Bahru Utara police chief MS Balveer Singh said a police report was lodged at 3.01pm yesterday by a Malaysian man, who said the row was sparked by the complainant honking at the suspect because his car was blocking the way.
The pair then got into an argument before the suspect kicked the complainant’s BMW, leaving some damage, though the complainant was not harmed in any way.
A viral video of the incident posted yesterday showed the pair in a shouting match and the suspect kicking the front of the complainant’s vehicle.
Balveer said the suspect was arrested at about 6.20pm today. “The suspect does not have a criminal record and tested negative for drugs,” Balveer said. A remand order will be sought tomorrow. The case is being investigated for mischief and for insulting a person’s modesty. - FMT
