Shah Alam police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said the 25-year-old suspect was arrested in Kuala Nerang, Kedah.
"We believe the suspect was planning to flee to a neighbouring country.
"We also arrested another Pakistani man who was believed to have aided him," he said in a statement today. - NST
